When writing a story/novel/essay how would you write a movie title correctly as far as structure of grammar?

I learned all this before, but it's been so long since my schooling that I just forgot along with algebra and precalculus, haha.

I want to say that you Italicize it like <i>When Harry Met Sally</i>, but someone said that you have to underline it, too. To me, it seems like a bit much. I can't remember doing both, so I would be grateful if you could clear it up for me. Now I'm really curious about it : /
